Backpacks for Elementary Students (USA)

Recently Linley spotted 14 children's backpacks at a JC Penney Store nearby. They were on sale for 30% off, but the saleswoman told her they would be going on further discount soon. Linley asked to speak to the manager and the manager, upon learning of NLLB's School Support Projects, agreed to sell them for a 60% discount. These backpacks will be used here in the USA for children in need. Recently a young boy told Linley he used a plastic bag to carry his books to school.
