A Much Needed New Wheelchair

NLLB was given a new wheelchair from The Encourager Church in Houston. It was given to a stroke victim who's house had flooded, but he decided he would stick with his old one. I was visiting a flood victim with supplies in Houston's 3rd Ward and found a man with a wheelchair in near disrepair. You cannot imagine the gratitude this man had for receiving a brand new chair!
