Bred Heifer & Cleaning Supplies - All in a Day's Work

Rarely does a day go by when NLLB staff are not working behind the scenes. We have been working on 2 projects this past week to help those in need here in the USA. Many have forgotten the devastating floods in Nebraska earlier this year that left 3 dead and over 1 billion dollars in loss. Many ranchers lost cattle. NLLB has been involved in raising funds for bred heifers to be delivered to small ranchers without insurance who lost cattle.

Additionally, while working on raising funds for bred heifers, NLLB has sent cleaning supplies to Kingwood, TX, which was hit by floods from Tropical Storm Imelda. We have also been connecting volunteers who wish to help clean up homes to Kingwood contacts. While these projects seem small, the recipients often tell us how our reaching out to them brought hope. We continue to reach out to those in need.... one person at a time....bringing hope.
