Claudio is a 14 month old boy from remote Eastern Indonesia who was born with a correctable urinary tract defect. It is not possible to have repaired where he lives. NLLB is working with a team in Singapore to complete an application for free surgery. It is a complicated process. NLLB is working many aspects on this case, obtaining medical information, documentation required for passports, arranging housing for the family in Singapore, as well as funding for the child and one parent to travel. The child will require 2 surgeries, 6 months apart.
