Martin is in his second semester of his first year of High School and doing very well. We are so proud of him! Martin suffered Polio at age 4 and spent a year in bed. The polio left his legs crippled, but he has been able to walk without braces. He tested high on national exams after Middle School, but his family were too poor to fund his further education. NLLB has been funding his boarding and school fees in a private High School that focuses on Accounting. (Now if we can get him to show us his beautiful smile for the next photos! It is customary not to smile in school photos.)
