Woman in Crisis

NLLB heard of a woman who had recently left her abusive husband and she

was struggling to care for her 3 children. She had been in a shelter, but was

assigned an apartment. She receives food stamps and rental help, but was

in need of funds for basic needs (diapers/laundry soap/shampoo, etc.). NLLB purchased gift cards for her to be able to meet some of these needs.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, so when NLLB was made

aware of this urgent need we were very happy to help. NLLB continues to
